For single day rate - please contact the organisers. No admission to the conference will be made unless the appropriate delegate’s fee has been paid in full.

Bookings are accepted once payment has been made.
When cancellation is made on or before 9th June 2008, the refund of the fee paid will be subject
to a 20% deduction to cover administrative costs. For cancellation after 9th June, the fee will
not be refunded.
