Exhibition:
This year's conference will also include an exhibition of metallic and polymeric RM machine manufacturing companies, material suppliers and RM service organisations. The exhibition will take place in the conference registration, refreshment and breakout area and will run over the duration of the conference.
Conference Proceedings:
Papers presented at the conference will be published in book form and a free copy will be issued to each delegate. Further copies will be available for purchase at the conference.
Working Language:
The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all printed material and presentations.
Location:
This year's conference will be held at Holywell Park, which is part of Loughborough University. The University lies on the edge of Loughborough and is located just 1 mile from junction 23 of the M1. Nottingham East Midlands Airport is just 8 miles away with Birmingham a 30 minute drive. Central London is less than 90 minutes away by train with Loughborough's intercity railway station only 3 miles away, connected by a shuttle bus every 20 minutes.

Conference Social Event:
This will be held at the conference hotel Burleigh Court on the evening of Wednesday 9th July 2008 and will include a three course meal followed by a private Casino evening for conference delegates. All delegates will be given gaming chips for the evening which can be used to participate in a variety of casino activities. Professional croupiers will be on hand to assist novices and to ensure fair play. Prizes will be given to the winning gamers.

Rooms in the 4-star Burleigh Court Hotel can be reserved for £89.00 per night over the duration of the conference, with alternative lodge rooms also available for £64.50 per night.
